The two young men at the reception desk was excellent. They are very good with customer service.i have been to other hotels hoth local here in the US and also international I have never met any front desk workers so nice and kind .They helped me and my elderly mother .They have very good communication skills and awesome at welcoming guest .These two young men are wonderful .Professional and friendly and what I truly liked about them that they were not discriminating they made all guest felt at home .This is truly a nice place with great workers and it was clean and tidy .The Spanish ladies who was cleaning the room and vacuuming really works hard .Overall these workers are great you can not ask for anything better I give them the highest rating in hospitality

It's the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever seen. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and had my departure later than the check-out time. They don't have an actual storage place, but they still let me use their front desk to store my luggage. So I didn't have to carry my stuff for hours. They even allowed me to use their restroom. The room was in good condition. The location of the hotel is also great, it is only about 3 minutes to the subway (D line), which directly goes to Manhattan. For this price, I believe this was the best hotel I could find around NYC/Brooklyn.

People at the reception are very nice and friendly. The subway station is just a short walk away, same as a few breakfast and other food places. There is also a nice little park with a great view of Manhattan not too far away. The room was just as described. Even though there is supposed to be a deposit that you hand in when you arrive the receptionist told me that was not actually necessary. There is a vending machine with a selection of drinks in the lobby.

Lucky to get a space in their garage - parked our car for free for the whole stay! Very close to subway, though had to walk farther at night from last stop. STaff was helpful and friendly. Fridge and microwave in room. Large room large bathroom nice tile floors. Window opened and air conditioner. Could see NYC from our window!

Annette

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean. Heater worked, fridge was nìce to have. Elevator convenient, no steps to climb after you climb steep steps down from the street to the front door. Staff member helped unasked us to carry our suitcases up the steps. Friendly, peaceful place.
